This fall, I attended the memorial for Franklyn Sills at the renowned Karuna Institute in the UK. Franklyn was a pioneer in the work of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy – and bringing this profession to non-osteopaths.

This past month, I returned to Stillpoint – via Zoom – and spent the afternoon with Clara Favale’s Biodynamic Foundation Training, offering a talk on The Shadow, Projection, and Transference
The Shadow, a Jungian term that still resonates today, represents our own repressed, denied, and rejected parts of ourselves. Our unconscious. This shadow material lives in our bodies as implicit memories held in the tissues and bones. We often encountered the shadow in our hands-on sessions.
